Frequently Asked Questions for Hercules BS408BPLUS EZ Grip 3-Section Tripod Orchestra Stand w/ Foldable Desk sunburst Steiner Parker filter with 12+24 Traditional Finish
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
If reporting a problem, describe what happened rather than only saying it does not work. Avoid sending unrelated personal information with a product inquiry.
How should I interpret an average product rating?
Check how recently the relevant feedback was submitted. Consider the specific reasons behind both positive and negative feedback.
What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Avoid assuming account closure transfers anything to a new account. Keep copies of relevant care or usage information supplied separately.
