Frequently Asked Questions for PDP Concept Exotic Series Floor Tom (12x14) Maple w/ Chrome Hardware - Honey Mahogany maple-fingerboard please use the included 9v Traditional Finish
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
If reporting a problem, describe what happened rather than only saying it does not work. Avoid sending unrelated personal information with a product inquiry.
How should I interpret an average product rating?
Check how recently the relevant feedback was submitted. Consider the specific reasons behind both positive and negative feedback.
What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Avoid assuming account closure transfers anything to a new account. Keep copies of relevant care or usage information supplied separately.
